AI training that means business.

We're closing the gap between AI hype and AI reality for the small-business owners on Main Street.

We don't sell courses. We build systems — with you, in the room, until they work.

College dropout · Five-year entrepreneur · Russellville, AR

Tal Swicegood

Tal is five years in as an entrepreneur. He spent that time working alongside business owners across the country — and around the world — putting AI to actual work for them.

Companies hire him to install AI inside their teams. The work scales — bigger budgets, bigger teams, bigger results. But the small workshops here in Russellville are still his favorite thing he does. Watching a small-business owner walk out with a working AI hire is the part of the job that never gets old.

Tal keeps the technical stuff plain and gets out of the way. He doesn't sell theory — he teaches what he uses every day to run his own work. The workshops, the book, and the free content all come from the same place: local businesses deserve the same AI advantages big tech already has.

He runs the academy out of Russellville because he believes the next wave of business advantage isn't going to come from coastal venture capital — it's going to come from operators in towns nobody covers, who picked up the right tools at the right time and quietly out-built their bigger competitors.

§ 03 — What we believe

What we stand on.

The whole academy comes back to a few stubborn beliefs. Every workshop, every chapter, every page on this site is built on top of them.

01 — Words are the work

Conversation is code.

Your ability to describe what you want — clearly, specifically, in plain English — is the actual skill. The model just translates your words into action. Vocabulary is the leverage. The better you get at saying what you mean, the better the output gets.

02 — Build it, don't study it

Working beats theoretical.

Slides don't change businesses; built systems do. Every workshop ends with something running on your machine, with your accounts. Not a folder of notes. Not a course you'll finish someday. A working hire.

03 — You own everything

Your AI. Your data. Your call.

The systems we build run from your machine, on your accounts, on your terms. You own the prompts, the configuration, the access. We don't lock you into a platform you have to keep paying us to use.

04 — Local first

Main Street wins.

The next decade of business advantage isn't going to coastal venture capital. It's going to operators in small towns who picked up the right tools at the right time and quietly out-built their bigger competitors.
